Base Salary
$148k - $296k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for NKP system and performance validation.
- Build Python test automation frameworks and automate API, CLI, GUI, and end-to-end workflow scenarios.
- Perform functional, non-functional, stress, scale, performance, system, integration, regression, and manual testing.
- Lead end-to-end product qualification for assigned features and hand automated scripts to the regression team.
- Test NKP integrations with Prism Central services using mock-service approaches where appropriate.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to understand requirements and gather test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Measure product quality across stress, scalability, high availability, and usability dimensions.
- Debug and troubleshoot infrastructure issues involving CPU, memory, network, and storage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with scale, system, and performance testing in testbed environments.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
- Strong Python programming experience for test automation.
- Experience with Postman and JMeter.
- Experience automating test cases and testing REST APIs, server components, cloud-based applications, and complex enterprise software.
- Experience with regression, system, performance, and integration testing.
- Experience troubleshooting system-related issues and working in Linux environments.
- Understanding of APIs and cloud infrastructure services.
- CKA or CKAD certification is a plus.
