Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and enforce coding best practices for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration with software solutions.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures for evolving business requirements.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
