Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI and machine learning solutions for Carnival’s corporate functions.
  • Build AI products, multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, enterprise automation solutions, and LLM-powered applications.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from experimentation and conceptualization through production deployment, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Develop LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
  • Influence AI architecture decisions, technology standards, deployment patterns, and enterprise AI best practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analytics professionals, business leaders, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Help establish and grow Carnival’s AI engineering function and technical direction.
  • Apply responsible AI, model governance, and data privacy practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a closely related software engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying production AI or machine learning systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Snowflake AI tooling and Cortex, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, and ECS.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks such as Snowflake Intelligence, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Strong Python skills, including experience with machine learning libraries and API development.
  • Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, and data privacy standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A master’s degree in machine learning, AI, computer science, or statistics is preferred.
  • AWS certifications such as Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect, or Developer are preferred.
  • Experience designing and orchestrating multi-agent systems at scale is preferred.
  • Exposure to hospitality, travel, or cruise industry environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake data sharing and S3-based data export patterns is preferred.
