Base Salary
$293k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and operation of identity infrastructure across cloud platforms and internal systems.
- Design systems for authentication, authorization, access governance, and policy enforcement with a focus on reliability and security.
- Build foundational infrastructure used across engineering, research, and security teams.
- Enhance the reliability and performance of identity infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems.
- Drive alignment and execution of high-impact technical initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to create scalable access patterns while maintaining security boundaries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale infrastructure or backend systems.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and distributed systems.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and architecture in ambiguous environments.
- Background in building security-critical systems involving authentication and access governance.
- Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in Go, Rust, Python, or similar languages.
- Ability to debug across code, cloud infrastructure, and identity systems.
