Base Salary

$129k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on full-stack development of real-time patient monitoring software.
  • Write specifications, define problem domains with stakeholders, create technical designs, and implement software solutions.
  • Design scalable, reliable, secure, interoperable, serviceable, and network-aware software components.
  • Deliver software modules that meet requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and support technical learning initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and improve development processes and product quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with object-oriented programming and design, C#, .NET, microservices, web services, and relational databases.
  • Experience with React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, and performance tuning; Kafka and Kubernetes are nice to have.
  • Experience working on cross-functional Agile engineering teams and with continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies such as Azure and GitHub.
  • Practical experience applying design patterns to large-scale, mission-critical systems and influencing software engineering practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to meet the stated physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
