Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related UiPath technologies.
  • Develop unattended automations for high-volume Order-to-Cash processes across billing, fulfillment, client enablement, and help desk operations.
  • Create workflows combining RPA, AI, business rules, enterprise data, and human decision points.
  • Evaluate and implement traditional RPA, AI-enabled automation, and agentic workflows for operational processes.
  • Automate SAP, Siebel, Salesforce, web applications, Microsoft Excel, databases, APIs, files, email systems, and other enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain UiPath queues, assets, triggers, processes, folders, reusable workflows, retry mechanisms, exception handling, logging, and unattended configurations.
  • Troubleshoot production automation issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability, throughput, execution time, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, technical teams, and developers to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution design, technical reviews, code reviews, testing, release management, production deployment, and documentation.
  • Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, privacy, access management, auditability, change management, and responsible AI use.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing production automation solutions using UiPath, including strong experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Experience developing unattended RPA solutions in enterprise environments and using queues, assets, triggers, reusable workflows, exception handling, retry logic, logging, monitoring, and transactional frameworks.
  • Experience automating enterprise applications such as SAP GUI, Siebel, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including querying and manipulating automation data.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, JSON, Excel, CSV, and other structured data formats.
  • Understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, or agentic automation and their appropriate use in enterprise processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle practices including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, source control, and production support.
  • UiPath certification or equivalent practical UiPath development experience is preferred.
  • Preferred experience includes generative AI or intelligent document processing, Order-to-Cash or other high-volume transactional operations, client service or help desk processes, SAP GUI scripting, Siebel or CRM platforms, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, VB.NET, unattended automation infrastructure, AI governance, data privacy, human-in-the-loop controls, and structured software development methodologies.
