Responsibilities
- Abstract complexities behind deployment and orchestration of forecasting workflows.
- Integrate with data and compute infrastructure for optimized performance.
- Implement automated testing and monitoring for ML models in production.
- Maintain and iterate on the model registry and experiment tracking.
- Co-design frameworks for model experimentation and deployment.
- Collaborate with Data Services to improve the feature store.
- Work closely with data scientists to implement robust and scalable solutions.
- Incorporate forecasting into asset optimizations with the Simulation team.
- Enable external customers to perform tasks similar to internal scientists.
- Stay updated with advancements in ML engineering.
Requirements
- Commitment to clean energy and combating climate change.
- Proficiency and 5+ years experience in Python software development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and ETL.
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Familiarity with common ML algorithms and libraries.
- Prior experience in operationalizing ML workflows.
- Agility in working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
