Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent architectures and tool-integrated agents for autonomous fraud detection and analysis.
- Research agent safety, alignment, advanced reasoning, verification, and efficient test-time compute allocation.
- Build multimodal systems for video, image, text, and behavioral data analysis.
- Develop RAG architectures, vector databases, hybrid search, chunking strategies, and context-aware retrieval mechanisms.
- Research cross-modal learning and novel algorithms for fraud pattern detection.
- Conduct large-scale experimentation, ablation studies, and GPU-optimized distributed training.
- Translate AI research innovations into scalable production ML systems.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, or an exceptional research track record.
- Peer-reviewed publications demonstrating expertise in large language models, transformer architectures, agentic or multi-agent systems, multimodal learning or computer vision, and distributed systems or scalable ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch, with TensorFlow experience.
- Advanced experience with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, Ray, agent development, RAG systems, vector databases, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, reinforcement learning, reward modeling, neural architecture search, AutoML, MLOps, and production ML systems.
- Proficiency with Weights & Biases, MLflow, and TensorBoard, plus a strong foundation in optimization, statistics, and linear algebra.
- Preferred qualifications include fraud detection, cybersecurity, trust and safety, open-source AI, industry research, production translation, Mixture of Experts, Constitutional AI, alignment, quantization, distillation, and real-time streaming ML experience.
