Base Salary
$172k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own data problems end-to-end from hypothesis to validated prototype.
- Build customer-ready prototypes and applications for data offerings.
- Create and maintain shared infrastructure and tooling for faster outcomes.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to ensure security and deployment standards.
- Bridge communication between Data Products and Engineering teams.
- Drive adoption of tools through documentation and enablement.
- Proactively identify and address infrastructure and tooling gaps.
- Utilize AI tools for execution, discerning production readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or a technical product role.
- Ability to build production-quality prototypes and applications.
- Experience with customer-facing data products, not just internal pipelines.
- Familiarity with security standards and deployment paradigms.
- Systems thinking that accounts for scale and monitoring.
- Platform mindset for building reusable infrastructure.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and judgment on production readiness.
- Strong communication skills to translate between teams.
- Proactive in identifying leverage opportunities.
- B2B SaaS experience, preferably in data platforms.
