Base Salary
$179k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, engineer, and deploy enterprise-grade IAM frameworks and high-availability identity solutions.
- Analyze data requirements, define operational problems, and develop models and frameworks for validation and problem solving.
- Lead the design and delivery of security platforms and automated controls across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop automation for vulnerability management, detection, and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with software, cloud, and infrastructure teams to embed security by design into enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate and integrate security technologies while ensuring interoperability and operational scalability.
- Influence engineering standards, patterns, and reusable modules.
- Support security tools through investigations, analysis, and break-fix activities.
- Present complex data-analysis concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology required.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a cloud-based environment required.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing automated security solutions required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred experience includes SailPoint ISC and SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations, cybersecurity specialization, cloud or infrastructure security engineering, enterprise architecture or automation leadership, and application security.
- Preferred technical experience includes infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, CI/CD security integration, serverless computing, and programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, CIDPRO, or GIAC Cloud Security.

- Annual salary ranges vary by location: $179,400-$204,700 in Plano and Richmond, and $197,300-$225,100 in McLean.
