Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to develop new features.
- Build scalable systems using modern technologies including Go, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Contribute ideas to shape product direction and take on meaningful work.
- Participate in technical discussions with various engineering teams.
- Provide production support through on-call rotations.
- Contribute to internal team processes and norms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building scalable backend and API-driven services.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
