Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the core architecture of the platform.
- Set technical standards and own complex projects from scoping through delivery and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems in TypeScript and JavaScript using the stated technology stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve technical and business problems.
- Participate in design, estimation, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance, and support.
- Evaluate and implement proofs of concept using emerging AI tools and models.
- Deliver projects that achieve their intended business impact and maintain high software quality and documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency at C1+ level with strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript across frontend and backend development, including Node.js services.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Strong technical fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Deep interest in AI, including following research, tracking releases, and forming opinions about new models and techniques.
- Preferred: frontend experience with React or Vue.js.
- Preferred: experience with Puppeteer or Playwright.
- Preferred: familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenCode.
