Responsibilities
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights modules, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, roles, security settings, and environments.
- Develop and maintain low-code applications, automated workflows, portals, dashboards, reports, and deployment solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Configure customer segments, audiences, engagement journeys, campaigns, communication tracking, reporting, and marketing automation processes.
- Develop and support integrations with student systems, Microsoft Entra ID, email services, and reporting platforms, including API connections and data synchronization.
- Execute data migration, import, export, validation, reconciliation, and data-integrity activities.
- Perform unit testing, support system integration testing and UAT, resolve defects, and participate in deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities.
- Prepare technical, configuration, deployment, user, and administrator documentation and provide technical support and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 projects.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- Experience with application testing, deployment, system integration, and data migration projects.
- Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, CRM and customer engagement solutions, marketing automation, alumni or membership systems, education-sector systems, and large-scale Power Platform projects is preferred.
