Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end, aligning Serval to customer workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for customer self-sufficiency.
- Design and execute migration plans for seamless platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical resource post-sale, troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to improve products.
- Modify production code to fix bugs and extend product capabilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering role with customer interaction.
- Experience investigating production issues using various technical tools.
- Understanding of APIs, RESTful concepts, IAM, and SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Deep appreciation for delivering high-quality user experiences.
