Base Salary
$190k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, ticket response, and onboarding for development teams using managed DevSecOps tools.
- Operate and support GitLab CI and Jenkins pipelines, including automated security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
- Maintain CloudFormation infrastructure across AWS environments, including patching, backup and recovery, and hardening.
- Troubleshoot Linux systems, application logs, AWS resources, and infrastructure issues using command-line tools.
- Support Keycloak identity and access management, including user onboarding, authentication troubleshooting, and access maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation, GitLab wikis, and GitLab Pages for internal teams and customers.
- Support containerized deployments in OpenShift, including Docker image builds, configuration, and Prisma security scan monitoring.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly is required.
- IAT Level 2 certification is required, such as Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or a similar certification.
- At least 7 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role, including infrastructure automation, scalability, reliability, and delivery across classified domains such as IL5 and IL6+.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, SonarQube, and/or Prisma Cloud.
- Experience with Python or Bash scripting in Linux environments such as RHEL or Oracle Linux.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Experience with Tier 1-3 customer support and ticketing systems such as GitLab Service Desk or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of AWS capabilities including EC2, S3, IAM, and RDS, along with secure cloud infrastructure architecture.
- Hands-on experience implementing STIG and SRG compliance and applying security best practices.
- Knowledge of vulnerabilities and security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and OpenSCAP.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with global enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
