Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions across multiple classification environments.
- Build and troubleshoot GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
- Create and maintain CloudFormation Infrastructure as Code templates for highly available and secure DevSecOps infrastructure across AWS environments.
- Automate and manage production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters using Ansible, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation.
- Analyze Linux system and application logs, perform root cause analysis, and develop mitigation strategies for service degradation.
- Guide development teams on secure coding, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and ATO efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, IaC guidance, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
- Certification satisfying DoD 8140/8570 requirements, such as Security+ or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
- Strong hands-on Linux experience.
- Experience deploying and managing production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters through automation in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and/or CloudFormation automation.
- Preferred experience with Helm chart development and STIGs.
