Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AEM architectures supporting digital marketing strategies and enterprise-level platforms.
- Guide engineering teams, oversee code quality and delivery, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define caching, security, high-availability, disaster-recovery, CDN, persistence, multi-site, and multilingual application strategies.
- Implement and manage A/B and multivariate tests, audience segmentation, and analytics tracking using Adobe Target and A4T.
- Develop and oversee OSGi bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, launches, workflows, localization features, mobile and Forms applications, and DAM capabilities.
- Integrate AEM and Adobe products with third-party applications including Salesforce, OneTrust, and 6sense.
- Provision access through Adobe Admin Console, work with Adobe Support, and manage production deployments using Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Provide ongoing technical support and expert guidance to AEM engineers, functional SMEs, business analysts, marketing teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on AEM development experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Web Server.
- 5+ years leading AEM architecture and delivery teams in client-facing applications.
- Extensive full-stack development experience with system and application design expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and AEM backend frameworks.
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5 and enterprise platform launches.
- Experience with Vue.js or React and integrations with third-party applications.
- Experience with AEM components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, publishing, tagging, Maven deployments, and content migration.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and test-driven development practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
