Base Salary
$172k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build React single-page applications using modular component architecture, client-side routing, and robust state management.
- Implement reconciliation, exception-management, drilldown, review, and approval workflow features.
- Create responsive layouts using grid, flexbox, media queries, and modern UI design patterns.
- Integrate backend APIs with secure data handling, schema validation, and structured error management.
- Implement protected routing, secure session workflows, safe rendering, and predictable asynchronous data flows.
- Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines using ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and semantic HTML.
- Optimize performance for data-dense reconciliation, exception-tracking, and transaction-heavy screens.
- Collaborate with backend, ingestion, reporting, DevOps, product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Document UI components, interaction patterns, integration contracts, UX standards, and reusable design-system elements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for UI/UX development of mission-critical financial applications.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in UI/UX development and implementation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, SPA architecture, and component-driven development.
- Experience with React Router, Redux, Zustand, Context API, or comparable state-management approaches.
- Expertise in modern CSS, responsive UI design, grid, flexbox, and media queries.
- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs with secure data handling, validation, and error-management practices.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA, and semantic HTML.
- Experience debugging UI state, routing behavior, and asynchronous workflows.
- Preferred experience with enterprise reconciliation, exception-management, multi-step approval, data-rich dashboards, UX documentation, design systems, and reusable component libraries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, DevOps collaboration, backend systems, data ingestion pipelines, or reporting platforms.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- US Person status is required; US citizenship is not required and no security clearance is required.
