Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities through delivery.
- Build and maintain Oracle-based ETL pipelines and front office reporting capabilities.
- Set development standards and ensure software quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and product delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development best practices.
- Experience with performance tuning and scalability in enterprise applications.
- Ability to design and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on practical and innovative solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
