Base Salary

$110k - $286k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver infrastructure, tooling, platform capabilities, and ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Perform full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
  • Conduct system design reviews and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
  • Build AI-driven applications that integrate ML components and intelligent automation.
  • Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
  • Continuously improve tools, processes, and products through innovation and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus 4 years of software engineering or related experience, or 6 years of such experience.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
  • Experience leading software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and system observability.
  • Ability to conduct design reviews and apply technical judgment to architectural decisions.
  • Skill in data-driven decision-making, metrics definition, and engineering-process optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus 2 years of software engineering experience.
  • Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
