Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to translate business priorities and requirements into shipped, customer-focused features.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-documented software across the frontend and backend.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows with roles, claims, and fine-grained access management.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to engineering innovation and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working across the stack and shipping features end-to-end.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
- Expertise implementing authentication and authorization technologies including Auth0, OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, Re-BAC, and FGA.
- Proficiency in data structures, database concepts, algorithms, and observability concepts.
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
- Experience with event-driven architecture is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
