Base Salary
$200k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design orchestration layers for multi-agent systems that collaborate, debate, and execute complex tasks reliably.
- Build automated governance, guardrails, policy engines, and programmatic constraints for autonomous systems.
- Develop semantic infrastructure using knowledge graphs and vector stores to provide agents with context and memory.
- Create testing harnesses, formal specifications, deterministic validation, and automated metrics for agentic outputs.
- Connect observability data to agent actions to enable autonomous failure analysis and remediation.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.
- Experiment with new models, orchestration techniques, and methods for validating agent behavior.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering, AI research, game engineering, product management, platform/SRE, design, or equivalent agentic-building experience.
- A history of shipping products that users rely on, not just prototypes or theoretical work.
- Active experience building with AI agents and familiarity with the challenges of unreliable prompts and agent behavior.
- Strong interest or experience in multi-agent coordination, agentic workflows, governance, observability, reliability, automation, or rigorous validation.
- Willingness to collaborate intensely in a remote, high-bandwidth environment and document experiments, architectural decisions, and failures.
- Experience with or strong opinions about agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen is relevant.
