Base Salary
$155k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and mature identity and access management infrastructure and tooling like SSO, MFA, and directory services.
- Continuously improve identity and access control practices with automation and self-service support.
- Champion and implement secure-by-design access principles such as least privilege and zero-trust.
- Secure human and non-human identities including user accounts, service accounts, and API keys.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing and securing identity and access control systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and building integrations via APIs.
- Experience with identity platforms like IDP, IGA, PAM, and CloudIAM.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
