Base Salary
$350k - $475k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enable researchers and engineers to leverage AI for improved coding productivity.
- Standardize and maintain AI coding tools, integrating organizational and individual preferences.
- Build secure, reproducible agent sandboxes for remote development and CI testing.
- Set up golden-path development environments and guardrails for secrets and PII.
- Assist individual contributors in developing personalized AI-enabled workflows.
- Track tool usage, reliability, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in computer science, engineering, or similar.
- Experience developing productivity tools and best practices for large codebases.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with researchers to build and manage internal tools.
- Hands-on experience with container platforms like Docker/Kubernetes and modern CI tools.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools and model APIs.
- Solid Linux/networking fundamentals and comfort with secrets management.
- Proficiency in systems programming languages like Rust and scripting languages like Python.
