Responsibilities
- Develop, design, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom Salesforce software solutions.
- Use Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to implement scalable Salesforce applications.
- Apply Salesforce platform architecture and integration capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Development, including Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integration capabilities.
- Ability to use Salesforce declarative and programmatic features to design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
