Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Identify root causes, resolve software issues, improve performance, and support system upgrades or modifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring while meeting release schedules and quality targets.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely customer support and status communication.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory AI/ML (RPA) skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and software development processes.
- Ability to code, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system or software issues.
- Ability to communicate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
