Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications and complex Workday integration solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical contact while managing and coordinating teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including data mapping, transformation, and validation problems.
- Oversee best-practice implementation, project timelines, integration delivery, and process improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong knowledge of Workday-related integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification and 15 years of full-time education.
