Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade AI-driven solutions using machine learning and generative AI capabilities.
- Work with Product, Sales, Trading, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and supportable technology solutions.
- Apply modern AI frameworks, tooling, and deployment patterns to support effective delivery.
- Advance engineering best practices and use AI capabilities to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Identify opportunities for AI-led automation and continuous improvement across engineering workflows.
- Collaborate in small agile teams to improve technology practices and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing, building, and delivering scalable technology solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience applying machine learning or generative AI to meaningful business problems.
- Strong understanding of embedding AI across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, documentation, and operational support.
- Strong Java and Python development skills in mission-critical application environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
