Base Salary
$148k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of core capabilities within the AI agent platform.
- Define and improve deployment patterns and orchestration approaches.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into AI solutions.
- Work hands-on with developers to debug issues and improve the platform.
- Investigate and fix infrastructure or environment issues.
- Build and maintain shared services for multiple teams.
- Drive decisions around observability, governance, and reliability.
- Help set technical direction for new capabilities.
- Collaborate across functions to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software or platform engineering.
- Strong ability to design and implement production-ready systems.
- Experience working with cloud environments and modern deployment patterns.
- Comfort troubleshooting complex technical issues across various domains.
- Prior experience building internal platforms or shared services.
- Strong understanding of system design, reliability, and security.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous technical problems.
- Experience defining technical patterns or standards.
- Practical experience with AI-powered applications and agent architectures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong builder mentality.
