Base Salary
$129k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails monthly.
- Develop features across email delivery systems, subscription APIs, preference-management web pages, and customer-domain dashboards.
- Improve system performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Architect new iterations of critical system components.
- Provide guidance on key architectural decisions and help teammates improve their engineering practices.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrate experience as a technical leader.
- Have a strong understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Be self-directed with strong communication and organizational skills and prior team-environment experience.
- Preferred experience includes building software at scale and working with Ruby, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Ruby on Rails, or React.
