Base Salary
$68k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, researching, evaluating, designing, and developing information security and risk management infrastructure systems.
- Assist with designing, developing, implementing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining security systems and infrastructure components.
- Conduct infrastructure performance and traffic analysis and assist with root cause analysis for complex problems.
- Help define requirements, deliverables, and timeframes; escalate issues and recommend resolutions.
- Assist with developing security infrastructure policies, standards, procedures, and technical training.
- Complete project tasks supporting on-time, in-budget delivery of ISRM infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with required standards, procedures, guidelines, privacy requirements, and information security policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or six years of related and progressive experience in lieu of the degree.
- At least one year of experience in information security and systems analysis.
- At least one year of experience in information security, information risk management, and/or information technology.
- At least one year of experience with operating systems and software administration.
- At least one year of experience developing, communicating, and presenting information security and risk management concepts to varied audiences.
- At least one year of experience with security technologies such as intrusion prevention systems, firewalls, endpoint protection, web/email filtering, data loss prevention, digital rights management, encryption, security event and incident management, and virtualization platforms.
- Preferred experience includes HITRUST CSF or NIST 800-83, IT/information security risk advisory, network security architecture, databases, system administration, software development lifecycle, IoT/IoMT/OT security, mobile device management, and Linux or Mac management.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, and GSEC.
- Knowledge of HITRUST CSF, NIST 800-83, PCI, HIPAA, HITECH, COBIT, ISO 27001/2, ITIL 3, secure SDLC practices, Microsoft applications and suites, Windows Server, and SharePoint.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are required.
Benefits
- Base pay range is $68,400–$105,900 annually.
- Office-based position with 0%–25% travel; a physical work site is required.
- The role includes occasional teaching or training of others and lifting requirements up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
