Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers in a low-process, trust-based environment.
- Drive decisions and establish consensus through documentation.
- Rapidly deliver and iterate on new features from UX to database.
- Design scalable front-end solutions for launching new partner portals.
- Work with product managers and business partners to define the roadmap.
- Provide and receive feedback in a cross-functional team setting.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Deep expertise in React with modern patterns and performance optimizations.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for enterprise-scale applications.
- Advanced knowledge of CSS, including Tailwind and SCSS.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and monorepos.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and working on complex product flows.
- Ability to balance product feature delivery with long-term platform thinking.
