Responsibilities
- Extend existing test frameworks for data and application migration scripts.
- Analyze, design, and specify migration test cases.
- Develop database-level and service-level comparison tests.
- Execute functional checks and sample application-level tests.
- Design and generate test data for migration scenarios.
- Analyze, document, and track defects and migration problems.
- Document and evaluate test results as part of the migration team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in manual and automated testing.
- Practical experience designing and specifying migration tests.
- Experience creating test data and reproducing real defect situations.
- Practical experience analyzing Java code and SQL scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating deviations and anomalies in test results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile development environment.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification, specifically CTFL or Agile Tester.
- German proficiency of at least B2 level, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Scrum or SAFe, agile testing methods, SOAP/REST service testing, CI/CD environments, container technologies, or ISTQB Advanced Level certification is advantageous.
