Base Salary

$105k - $124k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain ServiceNow products.
  • Write production-ready, testable code and take full-stack ownership of software artifacts.
  • Design scalable, reliable, and performant solutions using architectural best practices.
  • Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows engineering, compliance, and security standards.
  • Develop ServiceNow workflows, integrations, portals, widgets, and scripted platform components.
  • Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery while communicating blockers and delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management and IT Service Management modules, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, client-side and server-side JavaScript, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, and Scripted REST API development.
  • Expertise with Advanced Work Assignment, including channels, queues, assignment rules, agent presence, and capacity management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace issues.
  • Experience developing Service Portal portals, pages, and widgets, including custom AngularJS logic.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, HTML, and CSS.
