Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Lead the design and implementation of features aligned with project goals and client requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Apply cloud-first development and deployment strategies to solve complex business problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka and experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience with agile software development and continuous integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
