Base Salary
$70k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable application components using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
- Develop backend services and APIs supporting complex business workflows and data processing.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps build, deployment, and release pipelines.
- Participate in production release activities, provide release-night support, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Monitor Azure logs, manage system alerts, and configure new alerts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on absence-management and insurance projects and business-rule requirements.
- Explain technical concepts and mentor less-experienced engineers on .NET development practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing scalable applications, backend services, and APIs with .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
- Experience designing maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Experience using Azure DevOps to develop and maintain build and release pipelines.
- Experience monitoring Azure logs, managing Azure alerts, and configuring new alerts.
- Experience supporting production deployments and troubleshooting release-related issues.
- Strong communication skills for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with absence-management or insurance-related applications and related compliance requirements.
- Preferred: experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
