Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Maintain deep expertise in Finance domain knowledge and supporting technical systems.
- Define the strategic roadmap for Finance systems and data architecture.
- Design and document business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation and user stories.
- Partner with Finance leaders to prototype AI-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across Finance workflows.
- Establish frameworks for responsible AI adoption within Finance.
- Develop business cases that quantify ROI for technology investments.
- Lead discussions on Finance systems architecture and integrations.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Support M&A integration efforts by assessing Finance systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business solution architecture or related roles.
- Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated success in leading business process transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with AI/automation in business contexts.
