Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third-party systems.
- Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform automation.
- Gather requirements from go-to-market and operations stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain Salesforce data architecture, security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards.
- Build and support Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms.
- Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Own Salesforce DevOps and release management, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, deployment governance, production change management, and documentation.
- Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives.
- Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other Salesforce AI offerings.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions.
- Evaluate architecture and refactor code to improve Salesforce performance, security, and scalability.
- Own the Salesforce ecosystem covering third-party tooling, integrations, dependencies, and upstream and downstream systems.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, billing systems, RevOps, quote-to-cash processes, data warehousing, analytics, AI-driven workflows, or global sales organizations is a plus.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
