Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governance standards.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
- Drive platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle.
- Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies preferred.
