Base Salary
$150k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers.
- Guide deployment architecture and environment design.
- Own onboarding engagements from contract to productive adoption.
- Lead Get Well engagements to address customer health or growth limitations.
- Help implement technical and organizational changes for agentic development.
- Design and document repeatable delivery patterns for scalability.
- Translate customer environment complexities into clear guidance.
- Anticipate technical risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture guides.
- Capture product feedback and advocate for improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Forward Deployed Engineering or equivalent role.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on major providers.
- 2+ years of experience with AI coding agents in production environments.
- Ability to articulate architectural differences in agent tooling.
- 2+ years of production experience with Kubernetes.
- 2+ years of experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud security and identity management.
- Understanding of observability practices in distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design repeatable delivery patterns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High customer empathy and comfort with organizational change.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating autonomously.
