Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Become the customer’s trusted technical voice on agent security.
- Architect and deploy Okta’s agent security stack with the customer’s team.
- Engage senior leadership and translate technical flows into board-level risks.
- Deliver white-glove deployment ensuring full identity coverage and security.
- Align architecture decisions to industry security standards.
- Wire Okta into the customer’s technology stack for seamless integration.
- Build evaluation and observability tools for agent performance.
- Turn field patterns into product improvements.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence at customer locations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping production software with hands-on coding.
- Proficiency in identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Knowledge of agent security frameworks like OWASP Top 10 and NIST AI RMF.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization methods and policy engines.
- Hands-on experience with AI integrations and tools.
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles, engaging with both technical and executive teams.
- Possess a high agency and founder’s mindset, taking ownership of outcomes.
