Base Salary

$143k - $243k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of AI-agent workflows, including vision, solution design, architecture, building, tuning, and launch.
  • Architect and implement custom AI solutions for federal civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers.
  • Integrate the Moveworks platform with ITSM, HRIS, identity, knowledge sources, and other enterprise systems.
  • Design performant and compliant solutions for federal security, data-handling, procurement, ATO, and agency governance requirements.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on launches and synthesize customer feedback, compliance needs, and technical gaps.
  • Advise federal customers and upskill agency teams so they can operate the product independently.
  • Lead projects, coordinate team members and stakeholders, and generalize successful solutions into reusable templates.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance are required; Public Trust is the minimum and Secret or higher is preferred depending on assignment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer.
  • Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools, cloud functions, or scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of API-based systems integration and LLM-based systems design, including prompt engineering, context engineering, and data modeling.
  • Ability to work across business and technical domains, learn quickly, operate independently, and solve ambiguous cross-functional problems.
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating team members across departments and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience serving U.S. federal or public-sector customers and familiarity with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, ATO processes, and FISMA compliance.
  • Preferred active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance and familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Successful completion of ServiceNow's USFedPASS background screening, including credit, criminal/misdemeanor, and drug-test checks.
