Base Salary
$143k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with federal customers through vision, solution design, architecture, building, tuning, and launch of AI-agent workflows.
- Architect and implement custom AI solutions that address mission-critical federal business challenges.
- Integrate the Moveworks platform with ITSM, HRIS, identity, knowledge, and other enterprise systems while meeting federal security and data-handling requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on launches and translate customer feedback, compliance needs, and technical gaps into product improvements.
- Advise federal customers on technical, organizational, and compliance challenges and help agency teams operate the product independently.
- Turn successful customer implementations into reusable templates and share technical learnings across the organization.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance are required; Secret or higher is preferred depending on assignment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS platforms, cloud functions, or scripting.
- Strong understanding of API-based integration and LLM-based systems design, including prompt engineering, context engineering, and data modeling.
- Ability to work across multiple technical or business domains, lead projects, coordinate team members, and drive ambiguous cross-functional efforts independently.
- Preferred qualifications include U.S. federal or public-sector delivery experience, an active Secret/Top Secret/TS/SCI clearance, and familiarity with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, ATO, and FISMA concepts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta and current AI-agent design patterns is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
