Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with clients to gather requirements and translate operational challenges into technical architectures.
- Train and deploy custom AI agents to prevent fraud and automate complex workflows.
- Utilize advanced prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks to optimize AI agent performance.
- Champion an AI-first approach across internal teams and client engagements.
- Establish and evolve AI risk metrics and evaluation pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to scale models into production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model integration.
- Creative and critical thinker with a strong 'get-things-done' mentality.
- Exceptional ability to manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle.
