Responsibilities
- Develop and ship Team Agent products leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Engage in full-stack development with challenging end-to-end tasks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build autonomous agents.
- Design, estimate, implement, test, and debug end-to-end agent solutions.
- Advocate for spec-driven and agentic development practices.
- Mentor developers through code-pairing and project reviews.
- Champion best practices for agent development and quality life cycles.
- Contribute to product design and feature selection discussions.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages.
- Experience with modern web standards and technologies like React and TypeScript.
- Interest in coding agents and agentic development practices.
- Passion for building autonomous agents and working with LLMs.
- Proven track record of building partnerships across various teams.
- Experience and interest in mentoring peers.
- Ability to maintain high quality standards in technical deliverables.
- Strong customer empathy and a drive for continuous product improvement.
