Responsibilities
- Develop and ship Team Agent products that leverage LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Perform end-to-end full-stack development for autonomous agent solutions.
- Design, estimate, implement, test, and debug agent solutions.
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, customer success, and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for agent development, deployment, and quality practices.
- Mentor developers through code pairing and code, architecture, and project reviews.
- Contribute to product design and feature selection for the Team Agent area.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Experience or strong interest in coding agents and agentic development practices.
- Passion for building autonomous agents and working with LLMs.
- Proven ability to build partnerships across engineering, product, customer success, and other stakeholder groups.
- Experience or interest in mentoring peers.
- Ability to maintain and guide teams toward a high bar for technical quality.
- Strong customer empathy and commitment to thoughtful user experiences, robust technical solutions, and continuous product improvement.
- Preferred experience designing agentic products and building systems that use LLMs and other machine learning models.
- Preferred experience with event-driven distributed systems and understanding of workforce management and restaurant operations.
