Base Salary
$158k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own end-to-end automation for Real-World Test Lab evaluations, including environment setup, orchestration, artifact capture, and result collection.
- Instrument scorecards that make results comparable across product versions, devices, and capture conditions.
- Build agent-driven workflows that exercise priority customer use cases at realistic scale.
- Convert one-off experiments and recurring inspections into automated protocols running on relevant releases.
- Produce actionable diagnostics with reproducible cases and attached data, routing findings to the appropriate owners.
- Coordinate with the AI Data Manager to ensure runs are reproducible from known dataset states without manual data transfers.
Requirements
- Production-grade automation or test infrastructure experience that other engineers relied on daily.
- Experience evaluating systems using graded quality, accuracy, or latency thresholds rather than only pass/fail assertions.
- Strong Python skills and fluency with orchestration, CI-style pipelines, cloud storage, and reproducible environments.
- Experience integrating with backend services and APIs owned by other teams.
- Ability to document technical findings clearly enough for non-authors to act on them without a meeting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
