Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build automated evaluation and release infrastructure for product pods.
- Develop debug tooling for efficient issue reproduction.
- Create data pipelines that assemble patient history into model-ready inputs.
- Establish preference infrastructure for clinician-specific behavior.
- Ensure performance and reliability of critical in-house models.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years focused on ML infrastructure.
- Experience in building evaluation systems and data pipelines.
- Strong backend skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Ability to work on both ML and engineering sides of MLOps.
- Proven track record of platform work that accelerates team performance.
