Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architecture of backend solutions.
- Develop and maintain unified solutions following coding standards.
- Build software for automation and integrations.
- Contribute to strategic technology initiatives for Savings, Investments, and Bank Assurance.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Guild and facilitate community contributions.
- Conduct code reviews and make final technical decisions.
- Coach and mentor engineers across domains.
- Work with cross-functional Scrum teams to refine user stories and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience as a Node.js backend engineer.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Excellent knowledge of integration patterns using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and a DevOps mindset.
- Familiarity with Git, pipelines, package management, and unit/integration testing.
- Experience building high-quality software and collaborating with business colleagues and engineers.
- Knowledge of React is a plus.
- Fluency in English sufficient to submit a CV in English.
