Responsibilities
- Independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of application problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Monitor systems and help maintain application reliability and performance.
- Document findings and solutions for a knowledge base.
- Contribute to improving support processes and tools.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium is required.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and Playwright-related tools.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development and support methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
