Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain functional and non-functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute manual and automated testing for SAP CML and integrated systems, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Identify, log, track, analyze, and retest defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Create realistic test scenarios using mortgage lending lifecycle knowledge across origination, servicing, and closure.
- Collaborate with Requirements Engineers, Developers, and Application Managers across Pune and Frankfurt.
- Report test progress, defect status, and overall quality, and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
- Contribute to improvements in testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing the SAP Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) module, including its configuration, processes, and integration points.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dedicated software testing role with knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, STLC, and SDLC.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end mortgage lending processes, including application, underwriting, servicing, and securitization.
- Strong English communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills for collaboration in a distributed multinational team.
- Familiarity with Tricentis Test for test management and hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation are advantageous.
- ISTQB, ISEB, or other relevant software testing certification is advantageous.
- Agile/Scrum experience, knowledge of SAP BP, BCA, or FI/CO, German language skills, and responsible use of AI tools are advantageous.
