Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain functional and non-functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests for SAP CML and integrated systems across SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Identify, log, track, analyze, and retest defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Apply mortgage lifecycle expertise across origination, underwriting, servicing, closure, and securitization to create effective test scenarios.
- Collaborate with distributed Requirements Engineers, Developers, and Application Managers in Pune and Frankfurt.
- Report test progress, defect status, and overall quality while maintaining comprehensive test documentation.
- Contribute to improvements in testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing the SAP Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) module, including its configuration, processes, and integration points.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dedicated software testing role with knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, STLC, and SDLC.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end mortgage lending processes from application and underwriting through servicing and securitization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration across time zones and countries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with Tricentis Test is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca is advantageous.
- ISTQB, ISEB, or another relevant software testing certification is advantageous.
- Agile/Scrum development experience is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP BP, BCA, or FI/CO is a plus.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
